Returns & Exchanges

At Good Good, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
